What is a local business?
If your customers come from a specific town, city or region you're a local business. It doesn't matter whether you're a sole trader or a 20-person firm. If location matters to how you win work, this is built for you.
I already have a website. Can I still use this?
Yes, though the retainer includes a new website site as standard, because the way your site is built affects everything else. If your current site is already on Webflow, for example, and well set up, we can talk about what makes sense. Either way, get in touch and lets talk.
What does "AI search" actually mean for my business?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI overview to recommend a local accountant or a commercial cleaner in a certain place, it pulls from a handful of trusted signals, such as your website, your Google Business profile, your wider presence online. This retainer makes sure those signals are consistent, accurate, and pointing in the right direction.
Is there a contract?
There's a six-month minimum to get started; more details in my terms. The website build alone takes a little time, and the SEO work needs a few months to show results. After that, it's 30-day rolling. No long tie-ins.
What will you need from me?
Very little. That's the point. I handle the website, the content, the LinkedIn posts, and the Google Business profile. I will occasionally need information from you but I keep that as light as possible.
