Stop letting website maintenance steal time from your business

Your website launched strong, but maintaining its power shouldn't drain your resources. I handle the ongoing work so it remains the business asset you invested in.

You're busy. It's OK

Remember when your website was your secret weapon?

You generated leads
Your business grew
You added to your team
Things got busier

It drove leads, converted visitors, and made your business look professional. But now it's starting to show its age...

That’s why I’ve created a monthly subscription that allows me to work on your website for you - so it can remain the powerful tool for your business - and you mean one less thing to think about.

You know your website is important, but you don’t have the time to give it the attention it deserves.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial consultation, design conversations and the realisation of the new website.

Development & Maintenance

My tech stack for Webflow development in 2025

strategy

Apart from my brain - products like Basecamp and Octopus are in my tool belt for strategy.

I use Basecamp to compile copy and content ideas. Octopus comes in handy when mapping out site structure, internal linking, and user journies.

design

After pen and paper, I move into Figma for detailed wireframes, mockups and prototypes. In Figma I can meet with collaborators and clients to discuss ideas and walkthrough layout options, colour pallettes and font choices.

project management

It's not just my code that's organised. Each of my projects is managed using the project management tool, Basecamp; simplifying the overall process. However, I'm happy working and communicating in Slack or Notion if that's your preference.

meetings

When I need to instant feedback from a collaborator or client I will be using FaceTime, Zoom or Whereby.

For most meetings, asynchronous tools like Loom and Screen Studio work great. These allow my clients to watch and rewatch so they can think about and clarify their thoughts before responding; either in the the same way or via email.

frameworks

MAST A great 'developer-first' CSS framework for your project that's lightweight and based on web fundamentals. This is my goto for most my projects in 2025.

I've also developed multiple projects using both V1 and V2 of the Client-First style system. If you or your clients want to work in the Webflow designer then this is the CSS framework for you.

Development

Almost all of my website development is in Webflow. I've worked in Webflow for a number of years now and know my way around Designer, the CMS and it's inbuilt accessibility and SEO features. Along the way I've developed skills, a knowledge base and a few certificates.

training

When I want to explain something, step-by-step, there are few tools better than Scribe. Screenshots with 'click-here' indicators make this a very easy way of documenting a process or providing a 'how-to' guide.

Fully insured. Should the unthinkable happen.

Working with someone who is fully insured provides you with the best peace of mind.

Heading

Learning Webflow in 2019 has led me to work on a wide range of website projects; enabling a local physiotherapy service to branch out into e-commerce, helping a health & wellbeing enthusiast create a space to build a supportive community, expanding the reach of an already successful executive coach, supporting a B2C retailer as they level up their B2B sales, and many more.

I know my way around the CMS, Designer, and (the soon to be legacy) Editor. For 3 of those years, my wife and I took on client projects, from kick-off to launch and everything in-between; strategy, art direction, copywriting, design, development, etc. Grasping how each stage impacts the overall project helps me show understanding and appreciation as I collaborate with others in my now, mainly, developer-only roles.
