Pricing

Clear prices, agreed before we start

There are three ways to work with me. Each one has a fixed price or a clear starting price. You'll know what you're paying before any work begins.

Website review

Find out what your site needs first

£395, fixed

I review up to 10 of your most important pages by hand. Your report arrives within five working days. The fee comes off a new website if you go ahead within 60 days.

Book a website review
  • A plain verdict on what your site needs next
  • Your top five fixes, in order of impact
  • A full list of everything else, with a rough effort for each
  • A 10 to 15 minute recorded walkthrough
  • Every fix written so you can make it yourself
New website

A website built around your business

From £3,500

The final price depends on the size of the site and the features you need. For example, you can expect to pay around £3500 for a 5-9 page custom website. You get a fixed quote after a free call. Had a website review? Your £395 comes off the price.

Start a new website
  • A discovery call about your business and your clients
  • Page structure and messaging, approved before design starts
  • Custom design in stages, with your feedback built in
  • A Webflow build that meets WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Search and AI search foundations
  • Launch, including redirects from your old site
  • Training, so you can edit the site yourself
Ongoing growth

Keep your site improving after launch

From £450 a month

The price depends on the size of your site and how much you need each month. We agree it on a call before you commit. It works on any Webflow site, whoever built it.

Book a free call
  • Updates whenever your business changes
  • New pages when you add a service or audience
  • Regular checks on search and AI visibility
  • Forms and booking links tested, so enquiries get through
  • Answers from someone who already knows your site

How paying for a new website works

You see the full price before any work starts. Here's how.

  1. You get a fixed quote

After a free call, I send you a fixed price and a timeline. We also talk through any paid tools your site will need.

  2. Clear, staged payments.

Three equal payments. One at the start of the project, one at the end of the design phase, and a final payment on development sign-off.

  3. The website is yours

Once the final invoice is paid, the site is yours. It lives in your own Webflow account.

What you'll pay after launch

A few running costs go to other companies, not to me. Here's what to budget for. For a wider view, read what a small business website costs in the UK.

  • Webflow hosting. You pay Webflow directly from your own account. I'll help you decide which plan suits your site.
  • Your domain name: the bit after the www. You renew it each year with the company you bought it from.
  • Paid tools, such as cookie consent. They move into your account at launch, and their ongoing cost is yours.
  • Ongoing growth, if you want it. It's optional. You can still edit the site yourself, if you don't want my help.
